Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your books must be in the same condition that you received them, undamaged, with no markings or signs of use, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopeverman@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Books sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any books are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong titles, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your books must be in the same condition that you received them — unread and undamaged, in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974 If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback or dispute without first reaching out may be considered a violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974, which requires customers to make a reasonable effort to resolve any issue with the merchant before escalating it to their bank or payment provider. We are always ready to help and will do our best to make things right.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
